This talk will be about how we adopted Team Topologies approach to pursue a Platform as a Product concept within IT and to help us drive reorganization of teams with focus on enabling continuous value delivery to internal customers in alignment with an agile mindset. It won't be just a theory you can find "online", but I would like to share with you a path forward and lessons learned on a real case study from the IT world.
