In the process, we discovered a powerful tool - The Women Cohort Model - that has helped us amplify our personal and professional strengths, enhance our leadership capabilities and create a safe space for discussing sensitive topics. We are thrilled to share an overview of The Women Cohort Model, along with our own experiences and tips on how to use it effectively.
